Dr. Caitlin Fountain (She/Her/Dr.)

Welcome! I'm Dr. Fountain, and I'm passionate about creating a therapeutic space where you can explore difficult topics with safety and calm. My approach is rooted in unconditional positive regard, meaning I accept and support you without judgment. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen and heard, so I bring my authentic self into our sessions and use appropriate humor to help lighten the mood when needed. I offer clients new perspectives they may not have considered before, helping them shift their thinking and uncover fresh insights.

Maybe you've been avoiding painful subjects or are feeling overwhelmed by current emotions and situations. I'm here to walk beside you as we unpack and process the heaviness you've been carrying. I believe each person is unique, and I custom-tailor therapy to the individual. I also consider the multifaceted aspects of each person, paying close attention to intersecting identities, past experiences, and distinct needs.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and our pets, riding my bike, listening to music, traveling abroad, and making art.
