Fees and Rates

I am currently in-network with the following insurance companies: 

• Aetna

• Sentara (coming in July 2025) 

Please check with your insurance provider to find your copay for mental health services. I use the following CPT billing codes: 90837 (Psychotherapy 60 min. session) and 90791 (Initial Intake). 

For clients who do not have insurance or who would prefer not to use insurance, please see the following self pay rates. If you are struggling to afford mental health care, please reach out to discuss payment options.
