I offer individual therapy services to adults with clinical expertise in treating trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, and issues related to gender and sexual identity. I use a holistic approach to help clients examine how past experiences have shaped their current realities. In my trauma work, I integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), relational psychotherapy, and attachment theory to reprocess traumatic events and promote long-term healing. I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care, supporting clients in their journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
